  2. Stream video import do not include property details from mp4-file‎

    Pls. make the mp4 file property 'tags' import to the description field in Stream. This will avoid unnecessary double work.

  6. Add spotlight carousel for channels

    Also a channel should have a spotlight carousel. The functionality can mimic how this works for groups.
    Company wide public channels (not belonging to a Groups) will, most likely, be used exstensively. Spotlight would be excellent to promote specific content.

  8. Enable hyperlink in Stream video

    We use Camtasia to make videos and add interactive hotspots and URL-links. They don't work when you upload mp4 to Stream.

    We suggest that you add a feature to be able to click a hyperlink and also possibility to answer a form witch goes into MS Forms

  9. Add 'File Name sort' option for owners to sort videos within a channel

    Make this option only available to channel owners and not viewers.

    As it exists today, the only Channel sort options available are:
    Relevance, Trending, Publish Date, Views, Likes

    These options do not satisfy the needs of our company.

  13. Include Editor rol in Stream

    Owners decide who Edit or Upload Videos and who could view them
    Editors know how make a good video and they have not to decide who goes to see it. Only upload and update them
    Viewers would enjoy them.
    So is configured in Office Video and I think so sould be in Stream ¿If you think so vote it?

  14. to disable O365 groups in Steam

    Very difficult to define a governance for wide company when you can do anything anywhere, especially for document management.... It would be very helpful to deploy the solution if each company can manage options for each tools for O365 groups, and not a ON/OFF option for the entire environment. For STREAM it's particularly important !

  16. Stream Windows desktop App with offline viewing

    it's great that we have the offline viewing feature in the iOS & Android apps, but we need it in a Windows app too to make travel/low network access time really productive, as videos containing UI or text aren't usuable in a smartphone form factor

    At present the maximum subtiltes/captions tracks per video is 20. In a global organisation this is not sufficient. We have several examples in our current solution with 20+ subtitle files.

  18. Add automatic pause into the timeline

    We would like the ability to set automatic pauses into a video at specific times. This is quite effective for training videos at intervals or after a significant piece of information. It encourages the viewer to go at their own pace, stopping to ensure they have taken it in before moving on. It can also be used to display written information or instructions at points in the video and not moving on until the viewer indicated they have finished reading.
    Our training guys are reluctant to move on from older platforms until this can be done.

  20. Resume Playback from Any Device

    When switching between different devices to watch a video (for example, from PC to mobile app), playback of that video should resume from whenever the user left.

    In other words, Stream should remember till which point in the video the user has watched in one device, so that the user can resume from any other device.

    This is similar to YouTube.
