Change the published video date on a live event to the date the live event occurred and not of the date the event was set up in stream

The new screen recording is excellent, but it's not allowing full functionality of Microsoft Board when recording e.g. accessing different coloured pens etc.

Sharing video should grant access to Video (like SharePoint\OneDrive)
Currently Owner has to update permission of the video after sharing video with user. It would be easy if clicking "Share" button should update permission for video too (like SharePoint\One Drive).

Teems Meeting Stream self destruct folder
According to the AVG (GPDR) legislation, you are not allowed to record students. during a distance learning meeting, as a teacher you sometimes make recordings of the given lesson. This should therefore no longer be allowed at all. A recorded lesson can be very valuable.
What if a Stream meeting recording now comes standard in a self-destruction folder. After 7 days it is always emptied.
If there is a recording without students, you can then move it as a user. The responsibility is then the same with this user.

Enable the upload and play of MP3 files without the need of video stream
This is in context of Corporate Podcasts. Many organizations find that podcasts prove to enhance communications but Stream will only allow you to post media that includes a video stream. While there is a solve for this (i.e. loading as till image as the video stream with the mp3 audio) it requires post productino. Allowing MP3s to be loaded with a thumbnail will provide a much easier option to create corporate podcasting.

Push Notifications - Mobile App
It would be great to see push notifications built into the mobile apps to notify users if a video has been uploaded to a followed channel. This would help to mimic a "subscription" mentality to followed channels within an organization.

Create company policy for the amount of data an individual user can upload.
I get an alert that my organizations space is running out, but I don't have the ability to control how much data a user can upload. If users had a limit they would be more likely to consider if uploading a video is necessary, delete videos that are no longer needed, and edit down videos that are too long.

Fix the transcript auto-scroll
When trying to edit and review a transcript, it jumps both up and down and basically impossible to follow along with the video. This happens in both the new edge and chrome.

Automate Meeting Minutes
Add the ability to export a "cleaned up" VTT transcript to a file/document (onenote,word, ...) with people timeline embedded. It would greatly facilitate minutes of meetings where verbatim comments of people are important

Allow Multiple folders within channels to organize streams for the viewers
Students looking at lists of streams can be overwhelmed. If we could organize them into folders by topic/chapter it would be easier for students to find what they are looking for.

If you have an existing Channel and want to move it from 1 group to another, this is not possible at the moment. Would this flexibillity come in the future ?

Provide video thumbnail, title and description in Stream links in Teams
When I share a link to a Stream video in a chat or channel in Teams, would like to see a thumbnail, title and brief description instead of just the generic Stream logo.

In order to get viewers involed in Live Events a chat/comment function like the ones on YouTube or Twitch are essential for Microsoft Stream.

Add one form with multiple questions to a Stream video
When adding multiple questions at different timestamps to a Stream video with interactivity, we now need to make multiple separate Forms. I would love to be able to have one Form related to one Stream video, so that different questions pop-up at different timestamps in the video.

In current design, you have to download videos from stream one video at a time , we would like to have the feature to export those videos in bulk by administrators.

Add existing Channel to a group.
today you can link channels to groups to show up in the videos section of a group. BUT if I am in the group and go to channel nothing shows. I see I can add a NEW Channel under a the group but I already have the channel created.
When a video is associated with a group the channel should also show up under channels.
