Ability to play multiple videos automatically
If I recorded the Teams meeting that takes over 8 hours, the first recording stops at about 4 hours and automatically start next recording.
Then when the meeting ends, the 2 separate recording files (each takes about 4 hours) uploaded to Stream.
From Stream, I want the feature that when I finish watching the first 4 hours recording video, the second 4 hours recording video should start automatically.

Fix Stream Groups Members list (web ui) to Display All Members
A bug exists for Steam groups that were migrated from O365 Video where I'm not able to see the full member list in the web ui. In some groups I only see 5 members. If I add a security group with the contribute role, all the group members display.
This is for Stream groups that don't have an Office 365 group associated.
The devtools / network panel shows an endless loop of requests to pull the member list.

Add permission settings to companywide channels to control who can add videos
When setting up companywide channels, it would be great to have the ability to set permissions as to what "all users" are able to do. For example, if we have a channel of marketing videos, it is not appropriate that any user in the company can add to the marketing videos channel. Only people in the Marketing AAD group should be able to add. Should also be able to set if viewers are able to download the original, add comments, or remove the video from the channel.

Track views based on which language closed captions were selected
I have a video with multiple closed caption files. Is it possible to track views based on which language closed captions were selected? Under the analytics tab I only see views and likes, and nothing relevant to closed captions on the Hive analytics report.

download audio
Provide the option of downloading the audio-portion of a Stream video only. This provides a mechanism to efficiently access the audio playback for compliance requirements that don't include video for storage in a document management system.

4K video support
The limit for videos on Stream is 1080p for non-live events and 720p for live ones. I think it is time to move it to 4K non-live and FullHD in livestreams

Allow Live Events to RTMP push the video (to Youtube, Facebook and others)
Today it's possible to RTMP push the video from other sources to Live Events, mas the oposite is not possible.
We would like to have a Live Event that could also be viewed on other platforms like Youtube and Facebook.40 votes -
Reduce the size of the Live Events Ingest URL - 81 characters is to big
It would be nice if the URL could be shortened.
The FQDN of ther server actually has 81 characters.
It's not possible to use the VBRICK DME to RTMP push the video because the field only allow 80 characters
Example:

Fixed URL for Live Streams input
This feature was already created on technet.
We need to push a video from an external source to live streams.
The problem stream creates a new URL for every live event.
We neeed at least one fixed URL for each tenant.
It would be great to be possible to create a "Permanent Live Events" (with static ingest URL's). This feature could be called "Live Channels" or something like that.
This is userful to organizations that have some infrastracture of live stream with external codec and want to have a fixed channel to deliver content (like a traning channel ou…

Stream assign retention
It would be great if the admins could assign retention periods to videos; or at least have an API to write a workflow to review videos for archival or deletion. Not my idea (orginal idea: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-stream-ideas/video-archival-and-retention/idi-p/88901) just adding it to user voice and casting my vote.

sorting/ organising videos, multiple selection
We just migrated all our videos, and reorganised the platform with new groups and channels.
It was very tedious and a tremendous time loss not being able to select multiple videos and moving them to a specific group or channel. Having to move one by one to every channel is too much specially when you have over a 1000 videos to move.
But even further down the line, if I ever need to restructure some groups or channels it will be very helpful to have that multiple selection feature to move videos from one group to another with just a…5 votes -
Allow individual permissions per channel
Allow individual permissions per channel like O365 Video allowed for. We don't need a mailbox, calendar, site, etc. created every time we create a Stream Channel, but we do have numerous instances where only certain users should be able to see the content of the channel. The additional items from an O365 group are not needed at all and it would tremendously help if we could create a channel and set permissions without having to worry about additional things being created that won't be used (like a SP site, calendar, mailbox) etc.

Easier permission management in Microsoft Stream
Currently managing permissions in Microsoft Stream is very time consuming and I have to constantly go in and out of each Stream video permission to change ownership. I would like an easier way of marking and changing permissions for multiple videos - both for ownership access as well as access to videos.

Include Editor rol in Stream
Owners decide who Edit or Upload Videos and who could view them
Editors know how make a good video and they have not to decide who goes to see it. Only upload and update them
Viewers would enjoy them.
So is configured in Office Video and I think so sould be in Stream ¿If you think so vote it?1 vote
