  2. Sometimes videos need to be viewed in a specific order initially. For example, five training videos might build on each other so that watching #3 before #1 will not make sense to viewers.

  3. Internal videos get shared around all the time in Yammer, Teams, Company Communication emails, etc. and I'm not sure if I have already watched it before without skimming through the video to refresh my mind. It would be beneficial to see a message on the video stating that I watched this video on xx/xx/xxxx date.

  4. Working at a University, we have a requirement to store audio as well as video, this will be particularly helpful as and when external access comes for Stream.

  5. Right now, we have a one-click option in TechSmith's SnagIt and Camtasia to upload to their own streaming site or YouTube -- it would be convenient (and appropriate) to be able to upload it into our Stream site.

  6. Please consider allowing Office 365 users to join Groups in Stream themselves. With a company with more then 3000 users, its not feasible to request admins to invite hundreds of people to their group. Thank you.

  7. Stream is addressing a person by her First Name. This kind of communication is not suited for a company network in germany. This escalated up to CEO Level.
One possible solution to get back to a more formal tone suited for a Company network is to use "Willkommen zurück, Max Mustermann", using First and Last Name in Stream. So please use First an Last Name to address user.

  9. Since channels are meant to organize videos, If i create a Channel in Teams, it should create a Channel in Stream. So if i upload a video to a channel in my Team, the video would be uploaded to the same channel in Stream.
The same way it does when i upload a file to a channel, it uploads to the folder in the file library.

  10. Go to a login prompt rather than landing page for deep links
When an unauthenticated user is given a link to a video in Stream, they should be immediately brought to a login prompt. Redirecting them to the product information page where they need to guess that GET STARTED is the right place to go is not an expected behavior for a corporate user.

  11. As Mix is closing we are no longer able to make videos with chapters. This feature should be added to stream

  14. With Office 365 Video, we could assign AD groups in the permissions. We were wanting the ability to add Office 365 groups to Video. With Stream, we can create an Office 365 group for a Stream channel, but we cannot use AD groups.

  16. After video uploaded, the "Allow everyone in your company to view this video" will be checked by default. My company want to change this behavior to become unchecked by default.

  18. Please add the ability to insert a quiz into sections of the video. The use-case being a check-on-learning during a video. This way we can ensure viewers are actually paying attention to the video and not just playing then virtually walking away while it plays.

  19. Our communications and training departments really need the deeper analytics that was previously available in SharePoint Video.
It would also be great to have information about the user displayed (in aggregate) such as dept, location, etc. Since this is O365 all that information should be available with AAD.
