Add a configuration item to block downloads
As of this writing, video uploaders and owners can download a video to devices that may be unmanaged by an organization. Videos containing sensitive content may be further disseminated to unauthorized parties. Suggest including a configurable option for administrators to block the downloading of video content.

Implement eDiscovery Features
Similar to Teams, a suggestion to include eDiscovery features for Stream content, such as video transcriptions, comments, etc.

Gif Clips
Allow the user to select portions of Stream videos to be made into gifs. Often a .mp4 file is too cumbersome and large (for email, Teams meetings, etc.) so a 5 second gif could get the point across concisely and efficiently.

Allow other 'owners' of a video to edit the transcript.
At present, it seems only the person who uploaded the video, the main owner if you will, can download, upload, or edit transcripts. If other users are added as 'owner' surely, they should be able to do all this too?

Dutch language transcription support
Please add Dutch (Netherlands) language support to Stream as the use of M365 in NL is quite high I believe. This would be especially useful considering how much it is being used for working from home.

Block download
Add the option to block the download of a video. Sometimes our teachers request to block the download so the students can watch the video online but they can't download and distribute it.

Group Alpha Site Index plus Pagination buttons
Since everyone is having issues with searching Groups, why not have an alpha-site-index or at least pagination at the bottom. I knew the group was name OneUK, but I had to click on "Show More" about 30 times just to get to it. If there was site index at the top or bottom paginations buttons I could have easily found the group I was looking for.

playback speed
We need Faster playback speed,
though 2x is good, however, some speakers could allow us listen faster, 3x or higher speed options would be helpful
and sometimes, we just need to watch the content, not need listening,
Hence, faster speed is necessary, and helpful

You should be able to share your calendar to Stream and it should be able to let you watch events via Stream.

Microsoft Stream email looks like a phishing email.

Auto blur faces
To ensure that companies follow the European GDPR laws I suggest an “auto blur faces” option when uploading videos to stream. This option would shorten the time spent manually finding and blurring faces with other applications.

Currently I can only add videos to my watchlist. I want to be able to make separate playlists for separate topics rather than having to sort or search my watchlist every time.

Enable SSO on direct video links
Per Microsoft support: "As it turns out, there is currently no way for users to authenticate via SSO when the links are shared via email. If you go directly to the O365 portal, navigate to Stream from there SSO should pass through successfully."
This would be very useful. Our company sends out direct links to videos all the time in company newsletters via email. We have to hack this by routing users through SharePoint Online so they are authenticated and then redirected to the video. Ex:
https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/video/?video=<guid of stream video>
instead of:
https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/<guid of stream video>

description field
Make the description field larger than 2 lines when viewing a video. "See more" is not clear enough and the vast majority of our videos have more than 2 lines of description.

Allow to record a pinned Windows in a Teams Meeting
when i hold a team meeting with a lot of people and someone presents his content it always takes all the tiles of all participants. It would be nice if it took the same settings for recording as I set it up.

delete bulk videos based on groups
Delete videos after the teams created on MS Teams are expired; in this way, we can remove unwanted videos and save some storage. In fact, this solution will helpful in managing MS Stream for educational sector.

Every user object in the directory is visible in Stream
If you browse 'People' in Stream, every single user object in AAD is visible, including unlicensed users, users with no primary email address, resource scheduling users (Bookings).
Please limit visible users to licensed users only.
