Channels access should be manageable with specific user/Azure Groups (security groups), or O365 groupS, or company wide... this is very limitative as we we don't want to use O365 groups in our organization, for now at least.

Currently you can only add ONE group to a channel

Not just viewing access, but also upload/management levels of access.
