Add 'File Name sort' option for owners to sort videos within a channel

Make this option only available to channel owners and not viewers.

As it exists today, the only Channel sort options available are:
Relevance, Trending, Publish Date, Views, Likes

These options do not satisfy the needs of our company.

    Please make this happen! As it exists, I have to upload all the videos in the correct order and tell my viewers to sort by publish date. This is really annoying if I have to change a video.
