Stream で利用できる容量の拡充および、ユーザー単位でアップロード容量を制御したい

Increase the capacity for Microsoft Stream/Enable controlling the storage for upload of files on user basis

■Description(内容):
従来のサービスである Video では SharePoint Online のストレージを使用するため、ベース ストレージ がStream の約 20 倍の容量が使用可能であり、Stream だと容量不足に陥るため、Video と同様のストレージが利用可能になるよう機能の拡充を希望します。
また、Video ではチャネルごとにユーザーのアップロード可能な容量の制御を行うことが可能であるが Stream では設定が出来ないため、個別のユーザー毎にアップロード出来る容量を制御できるような機能拡充を希望します。

In the previous service, Video, it uses SharePoint Online storage that is 20 times bigger than the base storage of Microsoft Stream. Microsoft Stream need be able to hold the same storage size as Video to avoid the shortage of storage.

In addition to that, allow us to control the storage capacity for uploading videos to Microsoft Stream on a user basis just like Video.
