Easier permission management in Microsoft Stream

Currently managing permissions in Microsoft Stream is very time consuming and I have to constantly go in and out of each Stream video permission to change ownership. I would like an easier way of marking and changing permissions for multiple videos - both for ownership access as well as access to videos.

    The options of Specific users / "only one O365 group" / Company wide as the 3 options is very restrictive! I'd like to have access to our Security Group from office/AzureAd and I can't.

    There should be an admin option similar to Exchange Mailboxes or OneDrive for Business, where an additional user could be granted full access to all of a stream user's content. This would be very helpful when employees leave the company.
