Add permission settings to companywide channels to control who can add videos

When setting up companywide channels, it would be great to have the ability to set permissions as to what "all users" are able to do. For example, if we have a channel of marketing videos, it is not appropriate that any user in the company can add to the marketing videos channel. Only people in the Marketing AAD group should be able to add. Should also be able to set if viewers are able to download the original, add comments, or remove the video from the channel.

    I have been trying to achieve this with Group Channels for Stream management but the group has to be public and then anyone can join the group.

    It is essential to have a method to use a companywide channel but with curated content.

    For example, we don't want everyone to be able to add videos to the CEOs channel but everyone needs to see the channel.

    We see a lot of people wanting to permission videos companywide but do not expect them to appear in the channel listing.
