Force Closed Captions on videos

Provide the ability to enable closed captions on videos automatically so users do not have to click the CC button to turn them on. This would be helpful in first line worker environments where they watch videos from systems on the manufacturing floor.

    We want a toggle to enable this by default in the stream admin centre for all videos as sometimes users upload videos and forget to check this box!

    Similar to https://stream.uservoice.com/forums/133762-general/suggestions/38467669-enable-closed-captions-by-default, would love to see this happen!

    Searching the transcript for specific key points of a meeting has been super helpful, but to have to select a language for an organization that is primarily English speaking is frustrating, especially since we have to do this on EVERY SINGLE RECORDING!

    Love having it though!

    Viewers don't realize there is an option for captions so they don't understand to manually turn them on. Captions are important in situations when volume is not able to be turned up. We lose our audience in this instance and they abandon the video.
