  1. I had to do some search if this is actually an official feedback forum for MS Stream, either created by Microsoft or at least monitored/endorsed by MS, as it just looks too basic and has no about information on it, compared to the Teams uservoice at https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com

Just spend a few minutes to upload a branded image and provide some basic information that people know this is the right place and feedback will be reviewed/considered.

I did find the official doc that points to this place here but
    most won't check that. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/send-feedback

  3. At present, meeting recordings can only be played in Stream at the recorded speed. Allowing the option to increase or reduce the playback speed would be helpful for minute takers when listening to the content.

  4. Add the option to block the download of a video. Sometimes our teachers request to block the download so the students can watch the video online but they can't download and distribute it.

  5. We need Faster playback speed,

though 2x is good, however, some speakers could allow us listen faster, 3x or higher speed options would be helpful

and sometimes, we just need to watch the content, not need listening,

Hence, faster speed is necessary, and helpful

  6. Would like to have the ability to view how many users have viewed a calendar entry on a SharePoint site, added to their calendar, and if possible to view who the users are.

  7. We'd like videos to autoplay with audio muted both on the Stream page and also when embedded in SharePoint Online pages. This is similar to how videos play in social media platforms.

  8. I would like to be able to upload a pre-recorded video and then have that content scheduled to broadcast on a future day/time? Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up?

  9. Streams makes a good job managing permissions to play videos.
There are occasions when information is spilled because someone using a smart phone or screen capture tool has captured part of a video that should not be shared.
My asking is to enable a feature that would allow the video owner to tell MS Stream to overlay a watermark when a video is played.
A possible solution could be a watermark string that has some dynamic markers. (ie, “confidential until May 13, Played by $User on $Date”.
Watermark formatting could also be embedded in the string. (i.e. $PosFooter, $PosHeader, $Transparency).

  10. Restrict user to remove videos from channel/ countrywide channel. Its very difficult to manage channel when user having permission or able to remove videos from channel/ countywide channel.

  11. I am a teacher and each class is assigned to a group. I often have two or three of the same class and I have to create a channel for each instead of creating one channel for all of my sections of the same class. This greatly increases the number of mindless clicks

  12. Per Microsoft support: "As it turns out, there is currently no way for users to authenticate via SSO when the links are shared via email. If you go directly to the O365 portal, navigate to Stream from there SSO should pass through successfully."

This would be very useful. Our company sends out direct links to videos all the time in company newsletters via email. We have to hack this by routing users through SharePoint Online so they are authenticated and then redirected to the video. Ex:

    https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/video/?video=<guid of stream video>

    instead of:

    https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/<guid of stream video>

    Some javascript at…

  13. When adding multiple questions at different timestamps to a Stream video with interactivity, we now need to make multiple separate Forms. I would love to be able to have one Form related to one Stream video, so that different questions pop-up at different timestamps in the video.

  14. Stream Videos need to have the ability to edit at any location in the video. We use Teams for Training and record our sessions, I need to have the ability to remove dead air, inappropriate or "sidebars" out of the video.

  19. It's strange to me that you can re-arrange the channel, but when you go to create embed code, the options for sorting the channel are noticeable different than what's available on the overall channel. When going to a Channel > ... > Share > Embed > Sort by the options should list Sort by NAME.

There should be feature parity between the Channel sorting options and the embed sorting options.

  20. This feature was already created on technet.
We need to push a video from an external source to live streams.
The problem stream creates a new URL for every live event.
We neeed at least one fixed URL for each tenant.

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-stream-ideas/permanent-live-event-with-static-ingest-url/idc-p/1094527#M2121

It would be great to be possible to create a "Permanent Live Events" (with static ingest URL's). This feature could be called "Live Channels" or something like that.

This is userful to organizations that have some infrastracture of live stream with external codec and want to have a fixed channel to deliver content (like a traning channel ou…
