Enable SSO on direct video links
Per Microsoft support: "As it turns out, there is currently no way for users to authenticate via SSO when the links are shared via email. If you go directly to the O365 portal, navigate to Stream from there SSO should pass through successfully."
This would be very useful. Our company sends out direct links to videos all the time in company newsletters via email. We have to hack this by routing users through SharePoint Online so they are authenticated and then redirected to the video. Ex:
https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/video/?video=<guid of stream video>
instead of:
https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/<guid of stream video>

Add one form with multiple questions to a Stream video
When adding multiple questions at different timestamps to a Stream video with interactivity, we now need to make multiple separate Forms. I would love to be able to have one Form related to one Stream video, so that different questions pop-up at different timestamps in the video.

Edit videos in any location, to remove dead air, inappropriate conversations, etc.
Stream Videos need to have the ability to edit at any location in the video. We use Teams for Training and record our sessions, I need to have the ability to remove dead air, inappropriate or "sidebars" out of the video.

Allow Embedded Channels to be Sorted by NAME
It's strange to me that you can re-arrange the channel, but when you go to create embed code, the options for sorting the channel are noticeable different than what's available on the overall channel. When going to a Channel > ... > Share > Embed > Sort by the options should list Sort by NAME.
There should be feature parity between the Channel sorting options and the embed sorting options.

Fixed URL for Live Streams input
This feature was already created on technet.
We need to push a video from an external source to live streams.
The problem stream creates a new URL for every live event.
We neeed at least one fixed URL for each tenant.
It would be great to be possible to create a "Permanent Live Events" (with static ingest URL's). This feature could be called "Live Channels" or something like that.

Make streaming faster in Nepal
I've been using Microsoft Stream for quite a while. And, in the context of Nepal, doing very basic tasks like streaming and downloading the videos takes ages. Just in order to download a video faster, I have to use an Azure VM, download it there, upload it somewhere else like onedrive, close the VM and re-download the content in my device. It'd be great to have a faster access to stream from Nepal. Regarding my connectivity, I have a stable internet connection of 30 Mbps.

I am using Stream now that we are recording Teams meetings, and one thing that annoys me constantly is that the video auto plays when I load the screen.

Allow "Select an area" for recording
Whilst the new feature allowing you to record your screen is a step in the right direction. Being able to "Select an area" of your screen rather than just "Whole Screen, Application or tab" would be beneficial.
Either that or the ability to crop your video in the editor.

Make Stream Videos Compatible with the SeeSaw app
Teachers using the "SeeSaw" app are not able to use our internal videos on Stream in the SeeSaw app even when they embed them properly due to videos not viewable outside of the O365 platform.

Remember position in video stream
Provide some indicator that is obvious to the user that you have already watched the video....and allow user to resume where they left off if they started watching and were interrupted. Ensure this functionality is present in Teams channel integration as well..

Show time of video publish in Search results and video page
Please could we show the publish time alongside the date in the search results and the solo video page? This would help disambiguate videos when multiple videos of the same name are published on the same day.

Support Casting to a larger screen from mobile app
When viewing a video on a mobile device or even in browser, add the ability to cast the video stream to a cast enabled device (Chromecast, android enabled, roku, etc)
