    We have a similar use case. I believe I can download a transcript from a Teams video to Word (or could until recently) so the .vtt format is surprising and disappointing. It's really like not being able to download at all, for my purposes. I'm not interested in timestamps at all, I just want a text version of what was said so I can highlight important bits and pull quotes.
